The cancer had spread into the lining of my stomach and my rib cage. The doctors had done
everything they could. The prognosis was clear.
That was not the first time cancer came for me. It was not the last.
Since the age of 17 I have faced cancer five times. I have had my spleen removed. My thyroid
destroyed by radiation. My bladder partially removed. Thirty percent of my lung taken. A cancer
cell treated in my brain.
And I am still here.
My name is Lorenzo Williams. I am not a doctor. What I am is living proof that the body has an
extraordinary ability to heal when you give it what it needs — real nutrition, faith, the right
environment, and the will to keep fighting.
My wife and I built Journey 2 a Better Health because when I needed help, there was nobody
there to guide me. We want to be for you what nobody was for us.
